- 1 box graham crackers
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated (optional)
Directions

1Line entire bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers. Mix lemon juice with milk until thick.

2Spread milk/juice mixture over crackers.

3Top mixture with layer of graham crackers.

4Chill 2 to 3 hours, until crackers soften; cut into bars.
