- 1 c. soft butter
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 6 to 7 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
Directions

1Combine butter, salt, powdered sugar and flour.

2Mix well. Press mixture into 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake in 350° preheated oven about 15 to 20 minutes until browned.

4Combine 1/2 cup flour and sugar, then mix in eggs and lemon juice.

5Pour into slightly cooled crust and bake 25 minutes or until set at 350°.

6When removed from oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
