- 12 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 4 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon fresh lemon rind
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 13x9-inch pan.

2Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly brown.

3Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice.

4Sift together flour and baking powder and stir into egg mix.

5Pour over baked, cooled crust.

6Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

7Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
