- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar and salt.

2Pat in 8 x 8-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes (don't brown).

4Beat the eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice for 3 minutes.

5Pour over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.

6When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

7Double the recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
