  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 slices bread, soaked in water
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. parsley
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
  • 2 (1 lb. 12 oz.) cans tomatoes (large)
  • 1 box lasagne noodles

Directions

    Mix bread with ground beef.

    Brown ground beef and onion.

    Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano leaves with ground beef and onion. Add tomatoes, that have been put in blender.

    Simmer uncovered for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking.

    Cook lasagne noodles; drain.
