- 1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. unsifted flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 3/4 c. cold margarine
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice (from concentrate)
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and confectioners sugar.

3Cut in margarine until crumbly. Press into bottom of slightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes.

4Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, baking powder and lemon juice.

5Mix well.

6Pour over crust.

7Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.

8Cool.

9Cut into bars.

10Store covered in refrigerator.

11Serve at room temperature.
