- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients with mixer and press in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake 20 minutes.

3Beat remaining ingredients about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.

4Pour over hot crust.

5Bake about 25 minutes longer or just until no imprint remains when touched lightly in center.

6Cool before cutting into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
