  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • powdered sugar

    bowl, combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
