  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 medium red pepper
  • 1 fresh portobello mushroom
  • 2 Tbsp. SEVEN SEAS FREE Red Wine Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing, divided

  • 1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Directions

    Mix MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT, lemon juice, honey, and basil in a bowl; season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.

    Place chicken on grill or broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Broil or grill 4 min.

    on each side, or until cooked through, turning and brushing with dressing mixture.

    Brush pepper and mushroom with 1/2 Tbsp.

    of the vinaigrette.

    Place on grill over medium coals or on broiler pan under the broiler.
