- 1 lemon jello
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 large evaporated milk (chilled)
- 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- juice and rind of 1 lemon
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 1/4 cup hot water.

2Add lemon juice, rind and salt.

3Stir until dissolved.

4Chill until slightly jelled.

5Whip canned milk and fold into gelatin mixture.

6Spread 1 cup of wafers on bottom of large cake dish (9x13) and add remaining crushed wafers on top of mixture.
