- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- rind of 1 lemon
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Chill can of milk in refrigerator.

2Dissolve gelatin in water and add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind.

3When slightly thick, beat milk until it is stiff and whip gelatin mixture over it.

4Put on vanilla wafer crumbs, top with more crumbs and chill for 3 hours.

5Also like it frozen and slightly thawed.
