- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix butter and sugar until very light and fluffy.

2Add cornstarch and flour, mixing well.

3Chill dough.

4Heat oven to 350°.

5Shape dough into 1-inch balls.

6Place balls on nuts scattered on wax paper.

7Flatten with bottom of glass, dipped in flour.

8With spatula, place cookies on ungreased cookie sheet, nut side up.

9Bake 15 minutes.

10Cool and frost with Bonbon Frosting.
