  • 1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed (optional)

Directions

    Mix altogether and beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Makes 2 loaves.
