  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 small box lemon instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. poppy seed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put into 2 greased loaf pans or a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350° about 45 to 55 minutes. Squeeze juice from 2 lemons and mix with 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Pour over warm bread.
