  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Pour into greased 8x4 loaf pan.

    Bake 350F for 1 hour.

    Pour lemon and sugar mixture over hot bread.

    Wrap in foil for 24 hours.
