Ingredients
- 1 medium bunch broccoli (about 1 lb.), divided into florets and stalks woody stems removed
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In vegetable steamer, steam the broccoli until just tender, 3 to 5 minutes.

2In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, warm the margarine until melted.

3Add the onion, celery and garlic and cook until the onion begins to brown, 3 to 5 minutes.

4Remove the skillet from the heat.

5Add the broccoli, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

6Serve warm or at room temperature.
