Lemon Broiled Fish

- 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 c. unsalted sweet butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. sage
- 3 lb. fresh fish (fillet of sole, flounder, haddock, halibut, salmon, trout or whiting)
Directions

1Combine lemon juice, butter and sage.

2Pour over fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.

3Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.

4Broil fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.
