- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. whipped cream (Cool Whip)
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
Directions

1Mix together margarine, flour and walnuts and press into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

2Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

3Mix together cream cheese and sugar; fold in Cool Whip and spread on top of cool crust.

4Mix pudding and spread on top of filling.

5When pudding has set, spread Cool Whip on top.

6Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.

7Refrigerate overnight.
