- 1 cup (225 ml) sugar
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) melted butter
- 3 well-beaten eggs
- 2 lemons, rind and juice only
Directions

1Melt butter in the top of a double-boiler.

2Add all other ingredients to double-boiler.

3Put on Medium heat and stir slowly with wisk for 1 minute.

4Put on Low heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionnaly.

5The mixture should get thick.

6When thick, wait for the lemon butter to cool.
