- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 medium head cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.), coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (lemon pepper is great)
Directions

1Heat wok or skillet to 325° for 2 to 3 minutes.

2Add first 4 ingredients and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.

3Cover.

4Reduce heat and steam 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.

5Add lemon rind and remaining ingredients.

6Mix and continue heating until cabbage is of tenderness desired.

7Serve while hot.
