- 2 tablespoons protein powder (recommended vanilla or apple-cinnamon)
- 14 cup egg white
- 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)
- cinnamon
Directions

1Stir in oats, protein powder, egg whites, splenda and cinnamon and let sit for 2-3 minutes, then cook in a non-stick pan with a little Pam.
