  • 12 cup quick oats
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (recommended vanilla or apple-cinnamon)
  • 14 cup egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Splenda sugar substitute (1 packet)
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Stir in oats, protein powder, egg whites, splenda and cinnamon and let sit for 2-3 minutes, then cook in a non-stick pan with a little Pam.

    Serve with Polander's All Fruit spread or Sugar Free syrup.
