- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 small cans apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- lemon juice
Directions

1Beat the first 4 ingredients together until smooth. Add eggs, room temperature, one at a time and beat well after each addition. Bake in lightly greased loaf pan at 325° or angel food cake pan. After taking out of oven, take 1 cup of powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to make it slightly runny (about 1 lemon) and mix well. Punch holes in cake with toothpick; pour topping on cake. Leave in cake pan until cool before removing.
