  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

    Blend in order given, then beat 3 to 4 minutes at medium speed until smooth and creamy.
