  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. (3-oz.) lemon or lime gelatin
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    In a large bowl with electric mixer blend cake mix, dry gelatin, oil and water.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Mix in lemon juice.

    Pour into greased and floured baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    When cake is removed from oven, pierce with a fork and frost at once with the glaze.
