- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 2 lemon rinds, grated
Directions

1Mix cake mix, Jell-O, eggs and water.

2Beat for 4 minutes, then add the salad oil and mix well.

3Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. While cake is still warm, punch full of holes. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and rind and pour over hot cake.
