  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 lemon rinds, grated

Directions

    Mix cake mix, Jell-O, eggs and water.

    Beat for 4 minutes, then add the salad oil and mix well.

    Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. While cake is still warm, punch full of holes. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and rind and pour over hot cake.
