  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour in a greased tube pan.

    Cook in a 350° preheated oven.

    Bake 45 to 55 minutes.

    Let stand in pan for 5 minutes and then turn it out to cool.
