  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. apricot nectar

    Beat the ingredients about 2 minutes, then add the eggs, one at a time.

    Grease and flour a tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 325°.

    When cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
