  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs

    Mix all ingredients very well (3 to 4 minutes).

    Pour in greased and floured cake pan.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. While cake is still hot, poke holes in it with fork.

    Pour glaze made of 2 cups powdered sugar and 6 to 10 tablespoons of lemon juice over cake.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve with no frosting.
