Lemon Cake

  • one step angel food cake
  • 2 cans lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions

    Take the angel food cake and mix with 1 can lemon pie filling. Mix together until blended.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

    When cake is cool, cover with the other can of pie filling.

    Cover with the Cool Whip. Holds up good. Can be made a day ahead, but then refrigerate.
