- 2 c. flour
- a little over 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- butter (size of walnut), melted
- 1 egg, beat until light
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

2Melt the butter.

3Add beaten egg and milk.

4Add to dry ingredients. Stir well.

5Grease muffin tin and fill half full.

6Bake at 375° for about 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
