  • 1 pkg. golden yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. water

    Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a mixer for 10 minutes. When well mixed, place in greased pan (13 x 9-inch) for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.

    When done, remove cake from the oven and prick with large fork all over and all the way down through cake. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemons. Pour this mixture over the cake.
