- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 1 (11 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 8 medium carrots, cut crosswise into halves
- 8 small potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Place piece of foil, 30 x 18-inches, in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Place beef in pan.

3Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix.

4Spread over beef.

5Add vegetables.
-
6Sprinkle with water. Fold foil over and seal.

7Cook in a 300° oven 4 hours.

8Skim fat from gravy. Serve gravy with beef. Serves 8.
