  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 4 eggs (add one at a time)
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract

    In a mixing bowl, add ingredients as given, one at a time, until you have used everything, then beat with an electric beater until well mixed.

    Pour in a well-greased Bundt pan and bake about 40 minutes at 350°.
