  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 2 small apples, chopped and steamed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • nuts (if desired)

Directions

    To lemon cake mix, add drained pineapple and instant pudding. Fold together with a wooden spoon.

    Add apples and nuts (if desired).

    Bake at 350° in a round pudding pan or pound cake pan until brown, soft and delicious.
