- approximately 1/2 peck medium sized ripe peaches
- 1 oz. cinnamon (if desired)
- 3 lb. sugar (6 c.)
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 whole clove (in each peach)
Directions

1Cook syrup until clear.

2Keep warm while peeling peaches.

3Pack jar with 1/2 stick cinnamon and 4 to 5 whole cloves for each quart if you do not can peaches whole.

4(I halve mine.)

5Process in hot water bath for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Yield:

76 quarts or 12 pints.
