  • juice of 1 1/2 lemons
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • unbaked pie crust

    Add lemon juice, beaten egg yolks and salt.

    Stir in milk.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
