  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk

    Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.

    In a bowl, add sugar, flour and egg yolks; beat well.

    Add butter, juice and rind of 1 lemon and milk.

    Beat all this together.

    Fold in beaten egg whites. Put into 9-inch unbaked crust and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean.
