- 2 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- flour
- capers
- garlic
- white wine
- herbs
- salt and pepper (not to much)
Directions

1Bring oil to med/hi heat.

2Dredge chicken in flour.

3Heat chicken until 80-90 percent cooked.

4Drain oil.

5For sauce.

6add white wine about 1/2 way up the side of the pan.

7Pour in everything else.

8Reduce down to almost a glaze on the chicken.

9Serve over rice.
