- 2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Boil carrots in salted water until tender-crisp.

3In saucepan, mix sugar, lemon juice and butter.

4Heat until boiling. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

5Add carrots and coat well.

6Serve warm.
