  • 1 box lemon Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly.

    Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
