- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions

1In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise; gradually beat in sugar.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add lemon rind, lemon juice and vanilla.

3Put in crust. Place on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

5Chill 4 hours.
