- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 4 c. cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 servings) Jell-O instant pudding (lemon flavor)
Directions

1Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; mix well.

2Press mixture firmly on the bottom and up sides (to within 1-inch of top) of a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan (or use 9-inch square pan; press mixture on the bottom).

3Bake at 250° for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
