- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Blend 2 cups

2sugar, eggs, cream cheese and 1 teaspoon lemon juice until smooth.

3Add vanilla.

4Put this mixture into graham cracker crust.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until middle stops jiggling when shook.

6Cool for 10 minutes, then cream together sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice.

7Put on top and bake an additional 10 minutes.
