- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla and eggs.

2Pour into ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust.

3Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

4Cool; refrigerate at least 3 hours.
