  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • grated rind of 3 large lemons

    Make pastry and line the pan.

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add eggs and milk; beat well, then add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.

    Pour mixture into the pan, baking at 350° until done.
