- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- grated rind of 3 large lemons
Directions

1Make pastry and line the pan.

2Cream sugar and butter.

3Add eggs and milk; beat well, then add flour, cornmeal, lemon juice and grated lemon rind.

4Pour mixture into the pan, baking at 350° until done.

5Yields 6 to 8 servings.
