- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Put sugar, flour and cornmeal in bowl.

2Toss lightly with fork.

3Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice.

4Beat until smooth and thoroughly blended.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
