  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. sweet milk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

    Toss together lightly the sugar, meal and flour.

    Beat eggs well; blend with sugar mixture.
