- 2 sticks margarine

- 2 large lemons
- 1 tsp. grated rind (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add sugar.

3Add eggs.

4Beat only until mixed. Add juice from lemons and then rind.

5Pour into frozen 2 pie shells.

6Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

7Reduce temperature to 350° and bake 45 minutes.
