  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 unbeaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Put in bowl the sugar, flour and cornmeal.

    Toss with fork. Add eggs, oleo, lemon juice and milk.

    Beat until smooth and thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 300° for about 1 hour.
