Lemon Chess Pie

- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and cornmeal.

2Stir to mix. Add the eggs. Beat well. Add the butter, lemon juice, lemon rind and milk. Beat well. Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.

3Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until the filling is set in the center.

4Remove from the oven and cool slightly before slicing.
